font-style: normal;\">Uma estrat\u00e9gia chamada \u201c<i>employee journey<\/i>\u201d<\/h2>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.8em; font-size: clamp(1rem, 1.1vw, 1.1rem) !important;\">No artigo \u201cHumanizar o Futuro do Trabalho\u201d, a Deloitte afirma que cerca de 48% dos trabalhadores a n\u00edvel mundial ir\u00e3o passar a trabalhar remotamente, total ou parcialmente, depois da pandemia, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os cerca de 30% anteriores a esta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.8em; font-size: clamp(1rem, 1.1vw, 1.1rem) !important;\">Por outro lado, o World Economic Forum confirma que em 2021,&nbsp;68% dos l\u00edderes de RH atuais n\u00e3o t\u00eam uma estrat\u00e9gia para o futuro do trabalho, o que representa um risco para a taxa de sucesso de reten\u00e7\u00e3o das melhores pessoas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.8em; font-size: clamp(1rem, 1.1vw, 1.1rem) !important;\">Raz\u00f5es de peso que levam a acreditar que \u201cter o <em>employee experience<\/em> como estrat\u00e9gia de gest\u00e3o \u00e9 um diferencial competitivo\u201d. Esta \u00e9 a conclus\u00e3o do \u201cBar\u00f3metro RH 2021\/22\u201d, realizado pelo Kaizen Institute em parceria com a Hays Portugal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.8em; font-size: clamp(1rem, 1.1vw, 1.1rem) !important;\">Se os colaboradores forem centrais no neg\u00f3cio, estamos n\u00e3o s\u00f3 a contribuir para o \u201caumento das taxas de reten\u00e7\u00e3o, como para o&nbsp;fortalecimento da cultura, de um maior envolvimento das equipas, sem esquecer a&nbsp;satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o do cliente\u201d, esta \u00e9 a opini\u00e3o de Filipe Fontes, diretor do Kaizen Institute Western Europe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.8em; font-size: clamp(1rem, 1.1vw, 1.1rem) !important;\">Apesar de todos estes indicadores, a realidade no terreno \u00e9 outra: o estudo do Kaizen Institute realizado em parceria com a Hays Portugal confirma que 54% dos l\u00edderes de pessoas inquiridos optaram por um modelo de trabalho presencial. Dentro dos maiores entraves para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho h\u00edbrido, 46% menciona a dificuldade de&nbsp;manter o esp\u00edrito de equipa, motiva\u00e7\u00e3o e sentimento de perten\u00e7a \u00e0 dist\u00e2ncia.
