De acordo com os autores, \u201cmuito poucas pessoas compram exclusivamente online ou em loja, porque aproveitam o melhor dos dois mundos\u201d. No fundo, a Amazon n\u00e3o fez mais do que compreender que o fator mais apreciado pelos consumidores \u00e9 precisamente a capacidade de terem essa liberdade de escolha, e agir em conson\u00e2ncia.<\/p>\n<p>E \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m exatamente essa uma das principais conclus\u00f5es do estudo da PWC que serve de base a este artigo, de certa forma j\u00e1 mencionada.
